"Clean comfortable room with a comfortable bed. I didn’t like the smell of whatever cleaning product they used, it was a bit bit strong let the kind you used to cover up something. Was this recently a smoking hotel? Also I missed an cycle in the fitness center, although the machines that were there seemed to work well. All in all it’s about what you would expect for a moderately priced hotel in New Hampshire during leaf peeper season."

"The room was very clean, staff were fantastic. On the negative side, for the amount paid for one night (over $300), breakfast should be included. But they did give a chocolate chip cookie."

"We were visiting NH for the 1st time. Colby Hills Inn is very much a Gilmore Girls like experience. But on a finer scale. What a fabulous place to stay and the food was to die for. Fine dining and so fresh. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The property is old, quaint, and very clean. Very close to downtown Peterborough. 3 minute walk to breakfast in the middle of town. The host was wonderful. She answered any questions I had. Even made a stop in the set up my Tv acct. Very professional, personable, down to earth. Would stay there again."
