"This property does have lots of character being that it is an older building. We enjoyed our 8 day stay. We did have a couple of nights where people walking or going to their room were exceptionaly loud. During our stay, we had several days with hot weather. The down side was the hotel does not have air conditioners in the room but you do have a fan. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I would stay at this hotel again, just not in the dead heat of summer."

"Great location and clean room. Breakfast very poor. Asked for scrambled eggs on toast and received toast on top of scrambled eggs which were light brown in colour and tasted foul,rubbery. Maybe don’t offer breakfast and take some money off the room price. Had to buy breakfast in Greggs which should not be the case as the hotel should supply edible food."
