Staff was very quick and helpful for checking me in with my service dog. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great one night stay. Nice if you’re looking for a bit of a quieter area of the city to stay in.

The room was clean and efficient. The bed was comfortable but there was not enough pillows, next time we will ask for extra pillows. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It was central and a good location. Staff were pleasant but we only interacted at check in and check out. Pleased with this hotel and we would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ample parking and close to restaurants. I didn’t like no microwave in my room that would have be great.

Stayed here because they have a good pet policy. Luckily my dog doesn’t bark at noises though, the rooms aren’t sound proof at all. We could hear everything the neighbours said, and could hear walking above us. Mattresses are old and sagging. But everything was clean. New flooring. Affordable place to crash for a night.

We actually ended up not staying at this hotel, and left after checking in and seeing the room. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable condition when we arrived and checked in. There was some red coloured spill left in the fridge, and we found what looked like gravel or debris underneath the mattress pad. The staff assured us it wasn’t caused by bugs and offered to move us to another room, but unfortunately, we found the same issue with the bed there as well. At that point, we decided not to stay. To their credit, the staff were kind enough to issue a full refund, which was appreciated. However, the condition of the rooms was very disappointing, and we ultimately had to find somewhere else to stay

Staff are amazing! Reliable! I think that’s where most good rating get it… from having a good staff. The room smells like sewage. Like a smell coming from the toilet bowl and it goes all over the room. We travel a lot so the idea of the place for short stay most of the time so it’s okay that the room smells like sewage should not be normalize.

The hotel was reasonably priced. The room was clean with the necessary supplies. Any minor problems we had were quickly addressed by the desk staff. Location within walking distance of 2 bars which we tried & a steak house we did not was super. Tim Horton's is also within walking distance. Good value for money.
