"Sehr freundliches, flexibles und entgegengekommenes Personal. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen und wie zu Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt, absolut zentral und doch ruhig. "The rooms definitely need renovations.
The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night.
The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride.
The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple.
Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

"A wonderfull and efficiënt check-in. We were allowed to have an early check-in as the room was cleaned allready.
A small, 9-appartement chalet, great location in front of ski-bus. No ski-out but somewhat a ski-in. Lifts are 3 stops.
The rooms are clean and cosy, though not that big. The building is somehow noisy as the upper floor neighbours could be heard walking.
Breakfast 4*. Valentina 5*"
