"My stay was good, but not perfect. The reception is very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were nice but few things were missing; no tissues, no AC while the room was very warm, no shower gels. The shower area had a half glass door which made it difficult to shower without having the water being poured everywhere. "Reasonable cost but it's their policy to have nobody at the front desk to ask for help and no breakfast options. Communication through the third party (Expedia) app was 5 days late. "Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
