"Toen we aankwamen werden we vriendelijk verwelkomd door de verhuurders. We kregen een rondleiding door het appartement door de verhuurder. Het appartement was heel net en proper. Zowel de keuken als de andere voorzieningen waren goed uitgerust. De wifi was stabiel en redelijk snel. De badkamer was zeer proper. De douche had steeds warm water en was makkelijk te bedienen. "The duplex was clean and modern and all the needed comforts were present. The location itself was okay but there are a lot of abandoned houses around it. Not the fault of the host ofcourse but something to keep in mind. It was only a 5 min walk to the caves of Han which is the main attraction in the area. The host responded almost immediately to questions and the check in process was easy and very well explained. They also offer a little booklet with other places to visit, restaurants to eat at...

"This is a nice place, and once I got in I had a great stay. But the communication from the host was terrible, they didn't send me any instructions and I had to get Vrbo to call the host to check it wasn't a fraudulent listing. It added a lot of stress and felt very unnecessary. But the place itself is fine."

"The staff we met were lovely and helpful. The online check in is not easy for people who are on bicycles for 6 hours before arriving so we weren't able to access our room. It got sorted with a phone call to a concierge and though the restaurant was closed (at what we thought was an early hour) the staff stayed to serve us lovely food. People are lovely, systems are weird. "
