Great gather in spot

We have been coming to Northwest Michigan for our ladies golf trip for 20+ years. We booked this at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised! It has a great set up for families although we didn’t need those amenities. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If this house went up for sale, I'd buy it tomorrow. It was thoughtfully and stylishly provisioned, impeccably clean, and perfectly located for our trip.First, the inside. The furniture was comfy, including the beds, and the bathrooms and kitchen were wonderfully provisioned with quality linens and cooking gear. (Next time, I'll arrive with foil, parchment, and a sauce pan, but that's about it!) The fun, stylish decor made things feel special.Outisde, an enormous fenced yard and cedar trees provided much privacy and quiet. (We did have a bit of noise on the weekend from the bar patio nearby, but we were outside partying, too!)The fire pit, 2 picnic tables and *bikes!* meant everything we wanted was there.The sleeper component of this property is its close proximity to a small public beach with amazinggggg sunset views and Petoskey stones galore! (IYKYK) Also, it's on the bike path that rims the bay and very close to the Victorian cottage district of Bay View.It's closer to Petoskey, but also an easy jaunt to Harbor Springs and beyond. GREAT communication and customer service when we had questions. WE WILL BE BACK.

Lake Michigan Getaway

We loved the property! The location was convenient to get to town, walk to beach, or ride bikes to the state park. The house was clean and super cute! Everything was advertised and communication was fast and easy when we had questions! We would definitely stay here again.

Cedar House

We had a great time, we had runners use the bike trail, rode bikes every day, used the State Park 2 miles away several times and the State Marina for our boat 2 miles away which we slipped. The back yard was really nice as our 5 grandkids 9-2 years old were able to play the yard games provided, we also use the barbecue and campfire. We had plenty of room for everyone to have meals around the dinning room table or outside picnic tables.

Beautiful Up North Property

The communication with the property management was great. They regularly check in before and during your stay. They even confirm when the house is ready for check in This was the cleanest VRBO I have stayed in. It was absolutely spotless. Nice full kitchen, sizable bedrooms, and two wonderful bathrooms. I loved the bunk bed setup with the TV in the room for the kids The backyard is great. A nice bonfire pit and Cornhole. Plenty of room for kids to run around and play. Not far from a walking and bike path that will take you right into town. We will definitely come back!

Great house, close to Lake Michigan

The house was great! We are a family of 7, and the house was absolutely perfect. Could have easily had room for a few more people. The yard was an absolute dream for the kids to play in and was absolutely a respite. We had a fire every night and most mornings! The bikes were enjoyed by all! And we really appreciated the local jams upon arrival.

We had an easy ride to Petoskey and walk to the lakefront. We drove to Harbor Springs for a morning trip one day, and Mackinac Island for a day trip, and the location was perfect for reaching both of these destinations comfortably! We already want to go back.

Cedar House

The house always looks nice and is very clean. The yard is so fun for the kids and we enjoyed the fire pit. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We have been there two years in a row and would definitely go back.

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything about this stay was great. I’ve never taken the time to leave a review, but this place definitely deserves one. The property management couldn’t have been better! They were so courteous and checked in prior to our stay- they even sent a link to the weather forecast for our upcoming trip! We only encountered one very minimal issue with the keypad upon entry, and they showed up immediately to help. Unbeknownst to me, my brother in law reached out as he thought the batteries to a tv remote were low, they showed up on a weekend with new batteries! They truly went above and beyond. The property itself was adorable, decorated perfectly, and truly felt like home. We can’t wait to visit again! As a family who used to have a vacation home in Harbor Springs, we were very particular about our rental. We are very grateful for a wonderful stay, thank you!

It was the perfect place to crash for the evening after a long days on the hills, enjoy some great food and play some games. The hot water was wonderful and endless, towels were thick and absorbent, traditional and cup coffee makers were provided, basic seasonings and coffee filters as well, and the beds and bedrooms were all wonderfully comfortable. If this owner has the chance to include a ladle and a larger soup-style pot those would be our only tiny recommendations.

Plenty of room

We had a very nice stay at the property. It’s located a short drive from downtown and 15 minute drive from two nice ski resorts. It’s close to a grocery store, which is an added bonus when you’re feeding 5 teenagers. Enough bed/bedrooms for our entire party to sleep comfortably. Kitchen is equipped with essentials and suitable for making meals.
