"If you are looking to explore Petra this is a great hotel. Just a 5 or 10 minute walk to the entrance. And there are many restaurants on the street nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was ok and staff friendly. The room was clean and wifi good."
"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."

"Our stay at Petra Heart Hotel has been amazing! The room is clean, comfortable and updated. The beds are super comfortable. It is close to many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel comes with free breakfast which were all tasty. Most of all, it’s within 5 minute drive to Petra Visitor Center. The hotel Manager, Narati, has been very helpful who gave useful tips visiting Petra as well as restaurants recommendations. He’s very friendly and always willing to help to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is an excellent value for your money! "
