"I read some of the bad reviews that said this place was run down but I didn’t think it was that bad. It was 5 minutes from the Basilica and the location was great. The breakfast was good. There was no air conditioning but a fan was enough because it got a bit cooler. The only thing negative is that the bathroom is tiny. A plus sized person would not be able to sit on the toilet without hitting the sink . The hot water for the shower was not hot but warm. It was warm enough for a hot day. The Wi-Fi in the room did not work so I had to come to the lobby to use the Wi-Fi. "

"The hotel was very convenient to find off of the highway. The parking was excellent and we were able to drive downtown directly from the hotel. The room was large and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was awesome."

"We were a group of three older women looking for a clean comfortable rental to use as home base as we explored the region. The house was idyllic, overlooking hills of sunflowers and flax. It was beautiful, serene and each evening we had a glass of wine and enjoyed the view. The pool was essential as there was a heat wave during our stay and it cooled us down every evening. The house is situated to visit caves, the coast and several interesting small towns. The house itself was as described, simple but very comfortable and clean. The house manager was responsive and helpful. "
