"This was one on the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. The checkin staff was so friendly and helpful - went out of her way with a smile to accommodate us early, provide great information and prepare an early breakfast tray. The room itself in the top floor is reached only by 3 full flight of stairs, but the lofted room was big, bright and airy. That location was absolutely perfect for our 1 day stay - close to everything that we wanted to explore."

(2 adults, 12&15 year olds) Kitchen was on the small side, not an issue for us since we were only there for two days and didn’t prepare any meals. The AC was ice cold. "My stay at Ella Alkyna was lovely. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The food! Every restaurant the food was excellent. My favorite was Satoumi. You can tell that Ella really took their time putting together restaurants/menus/chefs because the restaurants did not disappoint. All of the wait staff really made sure that you were comfortable and were taken care of. I think my only qualm is the hills, it was a steep hill to get to the beach/steep hill to get back to the main reception building but thankfully I’d you call reception they will send a golf cart to get you. I do think aside from the boat excursions they should also mention that there is a bus that picks you up from the hotel and will take you into town, had I known I would have loved to explore the town. Lovely peaceful trip I will say."

The staff are excellent all very positive hard working and pleasant. Our housekeeper kept our room just perfect and she welcomed us with an amazing smile and greeting every morning."

"The room was clean and smelled pleasant; everything was very simple yet harmonious and very comfortable, with an excellent mattress. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. (There was no one available at night to carry the luggage up to the room on the first floor—there is no elevator—but everything went fine.) The air conditioning worked well; I didn't use the bar."

"Fabulous staff, always willing to help. Food is amazing including the evening buffet. Only problem was our air conditioning didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge problem. Pools were a little too cold but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was great to spend the day at Avali hotel too! Would highly recommend both hotels."
