This is the prettiest hotel I have stayed at in Italy. The bed is a normal bed and super comfortable. And an adult size modern shower. Really exceptional hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large and very modern. By far my favorite hotel that I have stayed in - in Italy

These is a beautiful vineyard country side setting. No noise, no rushing, and very relaxing.

The staff were nice and helpful, very clean room . The hotel offered delightful breakfast, variety of fresh fruits and pastries, and fruit juices. Parking is free . Overall , we enjoyed our 4 night stay and will definitely book in this hotel again next time we visit to Monte San Guisto.

This place was an absolute gem. No crowds, private beach access, large rooms, and tons of amenities. The staff was very friendly and almost everyone spoke English. Highly recommend for those looking to avoid the crowds.

This property is truly special. It is in a gorgeous location. The food is excellent. Our room was huge and so charming with a huge tub. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool area is beautiful. It is the quintessential Italian countryside inn with magnificent views. The only thing to be improved on would be the servers at dinner seemed perfect one night and then the last night a bit confused and not really understanding English or timing of bringing the dishes. I left with a heavy heart, and will absolutely come back. The view is fantastic, the hotel has a ""60s flavor", but it is well kept. The staff is extremely professional, experienced and will make you feel welcome. First class restaurant, wine selection is good too.

The hotel is beautiful and appears to be pretty new. Our friends who live here say it is one if only two five star hotels in the area. It has a very new design and almost everything is white. It must be a nightmare to keep clean and that is one criticism my wife and her cousin had. They said there was a persistent smell of Clorox (bleach) or chlorine that was too strong and unpleasant. A very nice hotel for tourist and business trips alike. Steps outside the walls of the ancient heart of Fermo, a lovely hill side town. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable except for the shower stall which was very small. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient but with limited options.

Hotel is close to the beach. Hotel service is overall excellent. Beach parasol booking at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent even though half hour slots is too tight and really not acceptable. There were an espresso machine in the room but no coffee capsules, only the. Instead they offered instant coffee - a bit cheap. Does not reflect the otherwise quiet boutique luxury this hotel offers.

Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy.
