"Property is convenient if you are traveling on 40 West. Dog friendly. Property is starting to look worn out. Looks like the owners need to invest in refurbishing the property. Also, the outside needs to be better maintained. There is dog poop all over. Suggest they install signs for people to pick up their dog waste or face additional fines."

"Only real issue is that they were remodeling the hotel and elevators were off and on. At check in there was no attendant at the front desk, had to wait 15 minutes before someone from the cleaning staff had to go get the attendant from the office."

"I was thrilled to get an unexpected upgrade to my 6th floor room that provides great views of Albuquerque."

"Checked in and was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned from the last customer. Was given a different room and all I can say is the interior of the room was so old and dirty looking we actually checked the bed for bed bugs. The owners of this property should be ashamed to charge people to stay here. I normally don’t leave reviews but felt this all needed to be heard. Also when I checked the reviews before booking, the reviews were very good. I don’t know who gave those reviews but obviously...

"For a one night stay on a long road trip, this place was good enough to crash for the night and move on. The facilities are very worn and not well kept. My room was advertised as "accessible", but yet it had a full-size bathtub. No one bound to a wheelchair or walker will be getting in there. Here are a few other observations: Toilet paper dispenser was pulled out of the wall and barely hanging on. Metal towel rack on the wall was bent downward and barely held on by a screw. Bathroom...

"Everything was GREAT!"

"We only stayed one night, and the only complaint we had was that the bathroom door had a window in it that you could not cover. Really odd!"

"Open parking, safe neighborhood, restaurants withing walking distance."

"A very comfortable hotel( a bit out of the way- near courts, law offices, other hotels but a distance from Old Albuquerque). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the close to an hr. wait we had for the hotel airport shuttle to pick us up ( after being told 20-25 mins.). I'd advise checking on that amenity if you plan to stay. Their online comments say it is not always available."

"We loved the fact there there are no children allowed in the pool/hot tub area. Romantic & quiet . The staff was friendly and provided a tour beforehand and the homemade breakfast… what else do we want for a relaxing vacation. We will be back after finding this gem."

"Amazing place to stay. Clean and very hygienic. We’ll stay there again!"
