- Beautiful residence located in bucolic place, in the heart of Itaipava, excellent access by BR 040, between Itaipava Castle.
1st floor: Large living room, fireplace, dining room, home theater, large balcony, attached bar, guest toilet, large kitchen with bench in Riga pine, canopy, large laundry room, covered garage for 3 cars and discovery for several.
Guest house attached, sleeps 4 people in comfort.
2nd floor: 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 suites with balconies, one with fireplace and whirlpool and another bedroom with balcony. Social bathroom.
Recreation Area:
Excellent leisure area with swimming pool, pavilion with barbecue and wood oven, beautiful surrounding garden, gym, steam room, spa with whirlpool, bathroom and shower. Soccer field with full locker room.
