Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC on the same level.

This property, located at the end of small road out of the hilltown of Protolungo, is isolated and private save for the main house behind it. High above Pettenasco, it is built into the hillside and under the drive to the main house. Probably a former well-house, it consists of one room on top of the other with the main bedroom at the top (there is a small bath up there). The main floor of kitchen, bath, and living room is comfortable and cool, looking out into the lush green forest. Views of the lake are from the walkway approach, or the upper floors. It was very quiet and peaceful - we enjoyed listening to the birds and watching the many resident lizards that scurried around and in and out of the house. The grounds planting are tasteful and well maintained. It was a welcome place to return to from the hot valley below. Ann & Roger, Redwood City, California, USA
