She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. "We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming hotel. The lakeside position is fantastic - it’s definitely worth paying more to get a lake view room. The room was quiet & clean with a comfortable bed and good linen - I think a proper feather duvet. We had a small balcony which was good for reading. The roof-top bar served pizza and light meals. We dined in the smart restaurant one evening - expensive but a lovely treat. The staff were very polite and friendly. Parking free in the hotel car park. The pool was closed for our visit (mid-May) but there were convenient steps down into the lake for some invigorating swims. I highly recommend this hotel. "
