Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

Wonderful location-5 minute walk to the Central Station..Fantastic restaurant next to the hotel Osteria Pizza.Clean room..very comfortable bed..Wonderful breakfast..Friendly staff...We highly recommend the Hotel Berna.

Friendly staff, great food and wonderful details, such as kettle in the room, more than makes up for the slightly dated appearance. And there’s a public boat service running from the hotel jetty directly to the main square in Orta San Giulio - how convenient is that?
