My wife had an injury which hampered her mobility and everyone from breakfast staff to front desk went out of their way to make our stay easier. "Lakeside garden was very restful and the swimming pool was clean and quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff who made us feel at home. The hotel's jetty for the boat services on the lake was very convenient."

"Our lake view was magnificent. Well worth the extra charge. The restaurant was top notch, gourmet. Wine selection was excellent. Continental Breakfast was very good. Staff was polite and helpful. Location to visit the sites and grab the ferries was Ok. Beautiful area. Not crowded."

"Conveniently located right in front of Lake Orta with lake access. Lovely pool (did not use however). Comfortable room. Parking is tight to get into. Loading and unloading area. Walkable to main center. Shower and bathroom a little outdated. Breakfast buffet was average. "
