This hotel I live in USA and now I work hard ,I was able to afford Negresco It was the best week in my life,best room ,best restaurant …the spa is unbelievable…the staff was amazing and always call you by your name Super clean hotel It will be for ever my favorite hotel Dream come true Thank you Negresco for your warm welcome "

"Melissa, one of the receptionist was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, she even walked us outside and showed us how to use the bus kiosk. There was a gentleman that worked the evening shift who was very nice as well. My biggest complaint was with the inability to use a microwave. I advised the staff that I needed a microwave to warm formula/milk and was told the hotel didn’t have a microwave. Additionally I was told to complain about to corporate, but they won’t listen. "

"It's annoying to have the table slope down instead of a right angle. Washroom could have been a bit cleaner. Needs more hooks or another shelf in the bathroom. Staff helpful and friendly. Close to airport."

"Walls are very thin. The plumbing system is very loud. We can hear toilet flushing and faucet running from all directions. Hard to rest!"

"Don’t be fooled. It took over 35 mins to check in, could I get a glass of water or a bottle - nope. A vending machine outside was suggested. Only bonus - comfy bed. Breakfast - no wonder it’s free (but in theory it’s not, because the room isn’t that cheap for what it is) . I’ve stayed in numerous holiday inns but the breakfast here was maybe the worst ever. Truly bad. There were two items that were warm - a scrambled egg which wasn’t scrambled but congealed. And a sausage which needed to be cooked - it was raw, an actually full pot of uncooked sausages. But the lack of water is odd to me. It’s put me off ever staying at a holiday inn again, I have stayed at numerous hotels near nice airport - this was the worst. I gave it a chance & it failed miserably."
