"What a gem of a find, we stayed for one night whilst travelling from England to Spain. We was warmly greeted on arrival and went straight into the pool after a very long day. The host then prepared a fantastic 3 course home cooked meal with wine. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfy, with a wonderful views over the vineyards. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car. We had a fabulous stay."

"Booked superior room with walk in shower,given standard complained and had another room second floor 40 stairs no lift.landing carpet threadbare in placestoilet flush ,seat broken.First day no bed made or clean towels, Second day bed made one hand & one bath towel for two people.Toilet roll ran out and replaced with half used roll.4 parking places for whole hotel.some of which were used by staff.Breakfast very limitedTables not cleaned and food not topped up always having to ask for...
