We had a spring snow storm while we were here which made it all the more cozy. The host was extremely responsive and proactive with communication and check in and check out was seamless. The neighbors were so kind, even took our trash can to the street for us. The area is beautiful and easily located to do things such as the cog train ride to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs as well as Cave of the Winds. The back patio was nice to sat in the morning and enjoy our coffee and the nature. We came during a warm week in June but had absolutely no issue...
