"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "We travelled to Piemonte for wine tasting, and this house is almost ideally situated in the middle of the Asti-Alba-Barolo-Barbera-Barbaresco area. It is in a rural area, and the local farmer does drive his tractor and truck by the house occasionally (several times a day). Otherwise, noise is almost nonexistent. "We stayed for just one night with our 5 adult children. The communication with Simone and Marco was excellent, check in/out was very easy. Everything we needed (kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms) was supplied. Each room had its own AC unit which made it very comfortable in the summer heat. I wish we were there for more than one night!"
