We love Ketschauer Hof. A beautiful hotel in one of Germany's premier wine regions. Always an easy 3 days! The attention to detail at Ketschauer Hof is exemplary.

Most excellent location, has underground parking, adjacent to Casino and walking to shopping, dining and thermal spa. We booked our stay last minute as usual, but got a great room with view of city. Breakfast buffet was on point, good choices. Royal Spa use is free, fee for other treatments.

The owner does not speak English, so there is a language barrier. He is very nice and helpful and really shows he cares

I left a couple of items of clothing in the wardrobe which the staff found but hotel staff will not send it to me even after I offered to pay all expenses to do so. Very disappointed to find the items are there but can't retrieve them.

This was my first time staying at a European hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect. Checkin was different from my previous hotel experiences in that your credit card is not taken until you are ready to check out. It's a good thing that one can have payment processed the day before checkout as the front desk does not open until 8AM on the weekends. The decor and ambiance comes right out of the book, and the dining is beyond compare. I particularly loved the included breakfast buffet - inviting you to make yourself gourmet sandwiches to take for later in the day as you enjoy the town.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. I particularly liked the efficient and silent air conditioning in the room. Quality of the mattress and bedding is outstanding as well. The spa area was beautiful and equipped with several saunas, steam room and pools. Breakfast was excellent as well.

The location was very good being close to a park and tha staff was very responsive.

The site was perfect and family-like, personnel friendly, rooms tidy and cosy, breakfast was ideal for us.
