"We were visiting from the USA and the Air Conditioner was a welcome experience during the Hot Weather we were having. Also being seniors we look for an Elevator and the breakfast was Amazing."

"Diese Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Der Kontakt ist äußerst unkompliziert, super freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend und flexibel. Die Gastgeber Michaela und Daniel sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit interessanten Fakten rund um die alte Käserei erstaunt. Die Liebe zum Detail, die sich bei näherem Hinschauen findet, sowie die Erhaltung der alten Materialien, die bei der Sanierung neu verbaut wurden, zeigen deutlich auf, mit welchem Herzblut und welcher Hingabe die Neugestaltung vorgenommen wurde. Wenngleich die Ausstattung und Materialien teilweise uralt sind, muß man hier auf moderne Technik - teilweise geschickt und quasi unsichtbar verbaut - keinesfalls verzichten. Die Berichte rund um die Sanierung waren wirklich sehr spannend und interessant. Fragt bitte nach; es lohnt sich.Auch der Garten und die zukünftigen Planungen für die weitere Gestaltung beweisen den Respekt und das Feingefühl gegenüber der Geschichte des Gebäudes und auch der Natur. Der kleine Laden nebenan bietet eine kleine aber feine Auswahl an hiesigen Produkten, gefiltertes Wasser und Kaffeevariationen.Wir können diese Unterkunft nur von ganzem Herzen empfehlen Punkt und wir waren sicher auch nicht zum letzten Mal hier."

"Pleasant stay. Very helpful receptionist at check-in, explained everything and more! Attractive hotel with modern smart public areas. Room nothing special though but we were given a dual aspect room with a magnificent castle view (we had booked a non castle view room). Bathroom was massive with a huge shower stall (and nice toiletries) and had floor to ceiling windows with another view of the castle. Only flimsy paper blinds hid us from the public using the riverside path below! Breakfast was fine in an large attractive dining area with extensive terrace and gardens beyond which were nice to use on the warm evenings to have drinks and enjoy the castle view. Breakfast staff were a bit off hand but the manager was friendly. Car parking was free and it was a short walk into town. There is an Aldi Sud across the road to buy drinks and snacks (no room fridge) and the reception desk had a complimentary selection of sweets and fruit which was nice. The hotel seems to be related business wise to the Bootshaus and Zum Marstall restaurants in town. We dined at both during our stay and they were both excellent."

"Prima Lage direkt am Bahnhof und in der Nähe der Altstadt. Schöne Zimmer mit Wasserkocher etc.. Richtung Straße war der Verkehr auch durch das geschlossene Fenster ein bisschen zu hören; sehr großzügiges Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, einzig hätte ich gerne Earl grey Tee gehabt. Sehr nettes Personal."

"This is a wonderful hotel, They have an awesome breakfast with so many options. All types of breads & rolls o clouding an excellent one with nuts and cinnamon. Many choices from meats, cheeses, eggs & condiments. They had several selections of fresh fruits. The apricots & peaches were so flavorful. Several selections of waters & juices as well as a coffee machine with multiple selections. They even had a warmer for their cups. Staff are wonderful. It was only 1/2 hour to Ulm & the drive is worth it. The extra gas is well compensated for by the lower cost of the booking."
