About this property

Holiday house situated directly on the water

  • The over 100-year-old Ilmhaus has been renovated and lovingly furnished for over one year and accommodates up to 12 adults. The original natural stone walls could be preserved. The Ilmhaus is very rural and central in the middle of Bavaria. The major cities of Munich, Nuremberg, Augsburg and Regensburg are all accessible within 1 hour. Special attractions such as the Altmühltal, Walhalla, Kloster Weltenburg and the thermal baths in Bad Gögging can be reached within 15-30 minutes.
    In the Ilmhaus you will find peace and relaxation to recharge your batteries and enjoy your holiday. Biking or canoeing on the water, both can be started at the door.
    From the 1. 12. 2017 right next to the Ilmhaus, the newly renovated Ilmhaus 2 for guests is available and can accommodate up to 6 people.
