"The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance.
The pictures on the listing did not match the property. I chose this rental...

"Pros: Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach außergewöhnlich. Schon beim Betreten merkt man, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail das Haus eingerichtet wurde – luxuriös, stilvoll und gleichzeitig unglaublich gemütlich. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.
Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum: ruhig, wunderschön und perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Jeden Tag konnten wir die herrliche Umgebung genießen und uns vollkommen entspannen.
Das absolute Highlight war jedoch unsere Gastgeberin....
