대체로 만족이지만 호텔 프론트 직원 일부와 내 직원이 영어을 못해 의사소통에 불편이 있었고 호텔프론트 한 여자직원이 너무 불친절해 컴플레인 걸려다가 여행 기분 망치기 싫어 참았습니다. 문의 말에 대답을 안하고 기분 나쁘게 쳐다보며 무시하는건 기본이고 안내하는 부분도 성의가 없고 아무튼 참을 인 자 여러번 긋고 참았습니다. 한국식이면 이름까지 확인하고 오려다가 많이 참았습니다

Отличный отель

Жили в бунгало, все очень мило и удобно. Приветливый персонал, убираются в номерах просто супер. Есть зубные щетки , расчески и тп. В номер, каждый день, принося 2 бутылочки воды, чай, кофе. Лежаков хватает на всех. Если хотите с видом на море, придется встать пораньше, отель на 80% русские))

무이네 최고의 기억! Very Good!

sea view bangalow 였는데, 그날 가서 방 보고 추가 금액을 내고 sea front bangalow로 바꿨습니다. 해변 바로 앞 방이 비어서 그 방으로 했는데, 방과 화장실도 깨끗하고, 제공하는 쪼리 슬리퍼도 편안했고, 서비스도 훌륭했지만 간이 침대는 철제 침대라 삐걱삐걱대더라구요. 다음 숙소는 sunny beach hotel 이었고 다른 호텔도 직접 둘러봤는데, 테라코타의 가장 훌륭한 점은 아무래도 해변에 있는 썬베드에요! 수영장과 해변에 썬베드가 펼쳐져 있는데,다른 숙소와 달리 모래 바로 위가 아니라 나무 데크 한칸이 있고 그 위에 썬베드가 있어서, 훨씬 쾌적하구요-비치 타올도 자유롭게 사용할 수 있어서 편합니다.(그냥 꺼내 쓰면 됌) 다만, 조식이 가지수도 정말 없고 그 와중에 맛이 없어요...워낙 숙소가 작고 아담(그치만 방갈로끼리 서로 떨어져 있어서 좋더라구요)한데다가, 한국 사람 한명도 못봤어요!! 죄다 러시아 가족들! 그래서 그런지 조식도 러시아 스타일...허허허.. 그 외에는 너무 좋았어요. 무이네 처음이었는데 좋은 추억 남기고 왔습니다.
