Great location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden restaurant. We stayed two nights and had great time there, due to language, we had some difficulties with our transportation back to HCM city, we sought help from the front desk, the staff walked extra mile to help us and sorted out the problem and saved us time and extra expenditures. welcome drink during check was also a pleasant treat.

The room was very clean, very comfortable and had a nice view, The staff were extremely polite and attentive, we did not experience any waiting for anything, I loved having a little dip in the pool before breakfast. The hotel is well situated, on the main raid between Phan Thiet & Mui Ne. The breakfast was well presented but unfortunately didn’t taste so much, so that is the only opportunity for improvement, otherwise a fantastic stay, thank you very much to all at the staff at the hotel

It's good if you're just there to sleep since it's not a resort and not back onto the beach. However it's a short walk to the beach or the hotel's golf cart can send you there. The infinity pool is a nice touch. The included breakfast is a nice bonus too.

Everything was perfect

Our stay at Vipol Hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. The hotel manager introduced himself to us and took great care of us. The room was luxurious, spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was also amazing and the food was lovely. The view from the infinity pool was amazing. We are really looking forward to returning to the Vipol.

Beautiful and clean Hotel!

This was such a lovely stay. The room was excellent, very new and fresh. We loved the balcony and the sea view. Only thing missing was 2 chairs and a table in the balcony. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Vietnam. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, even when our bus to Saigon was delayed this morning they phoned up to check without us asking. Nha Thanh was outstanding in the reception. Thanks again for a lovely stay, we will definitely return to your lovely hotel. ❤️

The property was new, clean and the staff were friendly. The party to celebrate the new lunar year was heavily advertised but misadvertised. We were the only ones. The food and entertainment was not there and the quality was below average. The hotel has a nice pool. The breakfast was good but no mango so was a bit disappointing.

Staff is very kindly ,break fast, poo and spa are good But It was very hot in the common corridor of the guest room as the lights were not on and the air conditioner was not working. Other than that, it's perfect with no complaints.
