"First of all, I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. Upon checking in, I was informed that the hot tub was on the fritz. I only stayed the one night and decided to check out a day early. I asked the front desk about getting either a credit or refund since I was not staying the additional night. He could not give me any information.
