This reservation was auto-approved, yet there was no communication from the owner until I got an email at 10:30pm the night prior to our check-in saying it was cancelled due to overbooking from another platform. I'd sent a message asking about check-in instructions prior with no response, which now clearly makes sense. This was very inconvenient as most of the places to stay in Philadelphia were booked so I had to scramble last minute on several platforms only hours before arriving to ensure we had a place to stay for our trip.
Stayed 1 night in Jun 2023
