Location location location. This cutesy boutique home is lovingly decorated and furnished and close to everything visitors to Philadelphia would love to experience. Some very notable venues are close by, such as the Standard Tap, Johnny Brenda’s, the Fillmore, Brooklyn bowl Philly, Franklin hall and many others. This central location is also perfect for accessing other parts of the city such as south Philly, the Art Museum , center city, Penns landing, just to name a few.

The 2-story cozy home features lots of light, comfortable beds, a large smart TV, and essential amenities. One bedroom has a King size bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed featuring full/queen on the bottom and twin on top, as well as a queen-size pull out couch.

With top notch foodie destinations in every direction, may no guest here ever be hungry! Enjoy Penns Landing for roller skating, running, bike trails, the river, Ferris Wheel, walking, and events.

No parties. Please strip beds and leave all used sheets and towels in the closet next to the laundry area. Please empty trash cans and leave the trash-bags in the trash cans in the yard alley. No loud noise or loud music after 11pm. Guests are limited to the amount on the reservation. This includes anyone entering the property for any amount of time. A $15 fee per visitor is required for all guests after 4 people regardless of if they are sleeping at the property or not. For security purposes the property does have exterior cameras. Guest are encouraged to communicate with host if any special accommodations are required or issues arise. Any alteration or tampering with sidewalk security features or WiFi will result in a $250 fee each.

No glitter and/or confetti allowed. Cleaning fee is $300.

Early check-in is $30/hour, on best efforts, and must be pre-approved at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.
