They aren’t even trying. This property was likely once well maintained, but they are doing little to keep it up. There no decor. Well, one picture in the kitchen. One drinking glass, one wine glass, so no effort to replace breakage. The toilet paper holder was broken, so no keeping the paper off the floor. The heat was 100+ degrees for Independence celebrations, and the drip pan of the enormous room air conditioner threatened to overflow its drip pan, so we had to decide to forgo coming back to a cool room while away. Lastly, the neighborhood is black only. We had trouble, our car was safe on the street for three days, and folks were friendly. The train station is close, the towels were safe. At least you know what you’re getting into.
