This is my 2nd stay at the Mainstay and will be my go-to for future stays in the Phoenixville-Oaks area. Staff is very pleasant, courteous, helpful, and takes pride in the property. The hotel itself is an older property with smaller rooms, but very clean. The hotel is located on a fairly busy strip of stores and shops with many nice bars and restaurants within a minute or two walk.

This room was exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay in downtown Phoenixville. The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Check in was a breeze!
