About this space
This cozy, modern studio is located in the Passyunk Square neighborhood of South Philadelphia. WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. This studio serves as a home away from home for traveling professionals and a safe, comfortable space for those leisurely traveling.
We are minutes away from restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and all the main attractions in Philadelphia including Center City, the Art Museum, and Olde City. We are located 9 miles from Philadelphia International Airport.
Parking is on a first come first serve basis.

The space
Our guests have access to a friendly indoor community room equipped with free wifi, work stations, pool table, board games, a large TV, and great lounge seating. So kick your feet up and watch your favorite show while enjoying free gourmet coffee, tea, or hot chocolate either in the community lounge area or in the apartment.

WE HAVE A VERY STRICT NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND POLICY AND VIOLATORS WILLL BE FINED AND RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT A REFUND.
*A $400 PARTY FEE WILL BE IMPOSED
*NO MORE THAN 4 GUESTS IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
*AN EXTRA GUEST FEE OF $100 WILL BE IMPOSED PER GUEST

great location for our purpose, however
Unit was in need of maintenance: Broken knob on shower diverter, loose towel bar, loose bath faucet spout, bath drain very slow. I would expect these issues to be checked after each checkout and repaired prior to next check in. Not sure of your process. These issues did not hinder our stay however they were a slight inconvenience. We had to leave a day early prior to checkout instructions so I hope all is well with checkout. Thank you.
