This centrally located Studio apartment is PERFECTLY located in the most prime area of Center City Philadelphia. Unit is located directly across the street from the Convention Center. It is also around the corner from famous Reading Terminal Market! You can leave your car at home and walk right outside to all of the wonderful tourist destinations that Philadelphia has to offer. Unit comes with high-speed internet and is fully equipped with everything needed to host a long or short term stay.

This unit is located on the 2nd floor of a walk up building. There are three flights of stairs. The building also has security cameras in the hallways of the building that monitor hallway activity at all times. Unit is deep cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We are always just a quick message away, ready to handle any questions or needs that you may have during your stay!

Fully stocked Kitchen w/all necessary utensils, pots, and pans to make a full meal

Guests will have access to the entire unit during their stay. No areas of the apartment are shared with anyone else.

Check-In & Check-Out:
• Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
• Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Need flexibility?
• Early Check-In (2:00 PM) – $30(if available)
• Late Check-Out (12:00 PM) – $30 (if available)

Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs may result in a $100 fee, so please contact us atleast 48-hours in advance!

PARKING:
Paid parking is available directly across the street at the Convention Center. For additional options and to compare rates, we recommend using the BestParking app.

Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7.

PETS:
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count . There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.

Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
No more than 3 guests are allowed in the home at any time
No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay

All guests are required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and complete our secure identity-verification process through Enso Connect before check-in. This requirement supports the safety, security, and compliance of our property. Guests who do not complete the verification process will not receive check-in instructions, and we reserve the right to cancel their reservation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.

A $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver or a $250 refundable Safety Deposit is required for all reservations and must be completed through Enso Connect.

Minimum age requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the stay. Age verification may be required. This requirement applies consistently to all reservations.
