The B&B itself is a large and unique Victorian that has been beautifully restored, furnished and maintained. The proprietors are exceptionally hospitable and helpful and we had a wonderful time staying with them. Our room -- The Victorian -- was great with its canopied bed and separate sitting room. The breakfasts were enormous and delicious and the location was perfect for us. We would love to go back again.

Always our favorite place to stay when in Philly. The hosts are always so kind and do their best to make it feel like home. The rooms are always clean and the entire home is well curated. We recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Cesar and Jeannette were so hospitable. Our room was great and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The location was convenient to my niece's apartment. The outside is a little worn but don't let that deter you. The inside is well kept with beautiful antiques. I would recommend staying here if the location is convenient for you.

A great place to stay

Our stay at the Gables was delightful. The Gonzalez family provided excellent hospitality, kindness, communication, and flexibility. Our room was clean, well-kept, and the furnishings helped us feel at home immediately. Breakfasts were also very nice! If you have time for it, I highly recommend sitting in the quiet garden with a good book. We will be back!

This place was so wonderful. The building is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is very quick to response. They're helpful and super sweet. The breakfast both days we stayed was delicious. Our room was adorable, and very clean.The rooms were all booked but you could barely tell. This place was very quiet and clean. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Philly. Thanks!
