"We had a great time staying within 10 uber of all things Philly. We reunited with family at the house. Ordered food in, went out, played games and slept well. This home checked all the boxes for our purpose of visiting. Great times for a big group! We will rent again here if it’s available. "

Some difficulty with electronic door lock with the afternoon sun making it not work properly but I was able to reach the owner right away and they were going to replace it. Waking distance to many restaurants and a 30 minute safe walk to downtown and lots of bars and food. "

"The property was accurately listed, and gives access to a variety of Philadelphia landmarks and venues, the accommodations were nice and clean, and the process was a breeze. "

"The townhouse was very light and spacious. We had full house staying and it worked very well. Plenty of room for all to relax. Very well stocked (though couldn’t locate oven mitts). Maybe a better vacuum job??? And several things need repairing like towel racks and blinking light fixtures. Would def stay here again. Was perfect for marathon weekend. "

"The home was very clean, neighbors were friendly and area was pretty quiet for the most part. There are some great places to eat within walking distance as well. The only issue was parking. Parking was listed as an amenity however, there is no designated parking spots for the home. We did street parking and our car was unfortunately hit at some point while it was there"
