"Nice sized room and bathroom and its single queen. In room desk, couch and kitchen were perfect. Bed was comfortable and although near a train track and crossing, room was fairly quiet. No ice machines available although could secure bags of ice from front desk. No 24/7 hot water for tea, although coffee was available. Carpets in general were dirty and not vacuumed on a few different occasions in both common areas and elevator. Came for a tournament and Breakfast opened after we would have left for the day- accommodation denied to be provided a banana, muffin and yogurt to go in advance even though it was a reason we choose this hotel"
