The property is very big and beautiful, some areas needed a bit of attention like the pool lounge chairs with cleaning etc, I loved that it had more than one pools, Restaurants and activities as long as the time permits...the staff are friendly, especially Eline at the front desk and Eddy the Bellman...the view from the room was spectacular, I wanted to be off the ground floor, but next time...I will stay there again in the future.

The property is beautiful and convenient to Philipsburg. The amenities on the property are great, with the little Mini Mart having everything you may need at reasonable prices. Divi is in a little secluded bay, so it is peaceful and calm, as opposed to the business of Simpson Bay Area.

The best thing about this property is the beach. It is absolutely beautiful with great swimming, snorkling, etc. Personally, I just prefer the French side to the Dutch side. The units themselves were okay. Spacious and clean, but not great beds or bedding.

Divi is an old resort with some old features. When first turned on the water either for showering or brushing our teeth, it smells very bad. The room wasn’t clean enough, however the pools were well cleaned. Very expensive breakfast $64.75 for 2 persons, only pancakes and coffee. No coffee or a couple bags of tea in the room. My husband and I enjoyed the beach and pools/ hot and the happy hour at the bar.

The Didi is a wonderful place to stay as a couple or even with a family. The beach is beautiful rooms were extremely clean. The staff was wonderful to deal with. We had the most amazing beachfront view would definitely stay again. We usually go to Aruba couldn’t get there this year so we chose state Saint Martin, and we were very happy

The beach is a dream. Easy access. Property is medium-sized. Easy to get around. Good amount of t of food choices. Very friendly staff. Lots of beautiful pools but if you are more of a beach person, you will most likely stay there. Water is pristine and calm. Frozen drinks are delicious. We had a suite with one large bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. Two large bathrooms, kitchen, back porch and back yard. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Views were extraordinary.
