"Overall, it was okay. I responded to a text about the cleanliness in haste, giving it 5 stars when it should have been about a 3. It looked clean, but within an hour of walking around without shoes, my daughter's socks were black from the floors, so it wasn't as clean as I had thought. The light switch in the dining room was beyond hot (switchplate included) and we knew that wasn't normal, so we didn't use that room the remainder of our stay because we were afraid of a fire. Quaint Motel With Excellent Value
"Second time I’ve stayed there. Great value for someone just needing a clean comfortable room. No frills such as free breakfast or a pool. Just a nice room at a great price. I also like the convenience of a motel - just back up into your room’s parking stall for a quick unloading. Only downside is the rooms are smaller than other hotels in the area. However I’m not going to pay 50% more for some added space. I’ve already booked my room for my next visit to Minocqua. "
