Room was clean and staff friendly. Dining area for breakfast was not very clean. Countertop s and flooring were not clean.

Great location and surprisingly great spot to stay for a great price. Manager was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Great house! Stayed for a week with our adult children, their spouses, 2 yr old grandson & our hunting dogs. House was very well equipped in ALL areas! Attending Flat Track Racing in Stockton. Cancelled Tuesday eve, due to weather. Stopped at Pizza Hut in Phillipsburg. Great service & food!! Definitely be returning to race in Stockton & staying in Phillipsburg next September!!
Small town life always appealed to me and there was just the countryside to see and my getting away that was important. my husband and I had been on the Hwy 36 Treasure Hunt four times very enjoyable I hope we'll be able to do it again.
Phillipsburg is near my hometown, so I may be a little on the biased side. Although I don't live there anymore, coming home is always nice.
Shelly Ann’s is a great place to eat and the old movie theater was awesome to tour!!!
Seems like a nice town.
