"We were staying in Philomath for a family reunion and we found this property perfect for that. It was amazing to have something to come home to where our kids could rest, but also easily accessible to swing by and grab things throughout the day The host was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely fashion with an issue we had. Property was very quiet. Really loved the walkability to things in town (pizza, breakfast, coffee). We would recommend this as a place to stay for families...
