Beautiful tropical landscape with a big infinity pool. Swam laps every day. Large comfy rooms and bed. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We will return!

Un superbe espace de verdure en plein centre de Phitsanulok. La villa sur l'eau et la villa avec piscine sont suberbes mais il faudrait à ne pas se laisser déborder par l'entretien des bâtiments qui vieillissent mal avec l'humidité et la chaleur. Nous reviendrons sûrement lors d'un prochain séjour.

Top locatie

Pattara resort in Phitsanulok ons nummer 1 hotel in Thailand. Hier nu voor de 3e keer in 12 jaar en nog steeds een oase van rust midden in de stad. Een waanzinnig zwembad midden tussen de lotusbladen, een hele fijne hotelkamer wat meer op kleine bungalows lijkt. Niets op aan te merken, top ontbijt met genoeg keuzes en ook het restaurant waar je fantastisch kan dineren. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, iets om naar terug te keren meer dan 5 sterren waard.

Best place to stay in Phitsanulok

Beautiful resort with great service. Room is very comfy. It has great view. Staff is very nice with great service mind. I'm very happy staying at Pattara resort. The breakfast is very yummy with variety of food.

Prachtige locatie; een mooie oase in een drukke stad. Personeel is heel vriendelijk maar spreekt zeer slecht Engels zelfs op de receptie. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en lekker doch geen variatie dus 14 dagen elke dag hetzelfde buffet. De andere maaltijden (lunch, diner) waren wisselvallig. Hetzelfde gerecht was de ene dag heel lekker, enkele dagen later niet te eten omwille van ofwel te pikant ofwel te vettig. Dus geen constante kwaliteit in de keuken en dat is jammer. Ook de service laat vaak te wensen over met lange wachttijden tot gevolg. Klantgerichtheid kan zeker nog verbeterd worden.

อ่หารเช้าอร่อยและหลากหลายมาก พนักงานเอาใจใส่ยิ้มแย้มทุกคน

อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก มีอาหารให้เลือกมากและส่วนใหญ่จะอร่อย(มีบางอย่างเท่านั้นที่ควรปรับปรุง ถ้าต้องการ cmmt.เพิ่ม ถามได้เลยค่ะ).. รร. เสียเรื่องขวดสบู่ ที่ค่อนข้างกดยาก และไม่เติมให้เต็ม เมืองไทยอากาศร้อนมาก ดิฉันและลูกๆ จะอาบน้ำกับบ่อย ไปเล่นน้ำสระ แล้วกลับมาอาบอีกรอบ พบปัญหากับขวดสบู่และแจ้งไปหลายรอบมาก แต่สภาพโดยรวม ดีเยี่ยมมากๆค่ะ

The hotel and the room was quite nice. But the location of my room was very bad for WiFi reception. The connection was intermittent and very annoying. The connection speed was mediocre, not something to be expected from a high-end resort like this. If they can improve on the WiFi, this place would be awesome.

Nice room,beautiful grounds and ok food in the restaurant.The staff was courteous and helpful.The price is a little high for this grade of hotel so I can’t say it is good value for the money.
