The location of the hotel is good. It has a nice restaurant on 14/F which serves tasty food and shows a spectacular view. The lobby area is also spacious. Hotel staff are friendly in general.

Amazing hotel with free breakfast and great staff in the middle of Phnom phenh. We were greeted with a welcome drink and shown our rooms immediately; hot tub on the roof was a nice perk and they have a great restaurant and free breakfast.

Our first visit to Phnom Penh was well rewarded with our first-time experience staying at Capri. The hotel was clean, compact, and coolly designed, with an air unassuming modern luxury. Buffet breakfast was more than average with the local and international fare. Best of all, we were helped by a friendly, enthusiastic team of efficient staff (whether at the front desk or restaurant bar) throughout our 2-night stay on the 13th-floor with its spectacular window-wall view of Phnom Penh’s city centre. A thankful shout-out to Pattya, Sreylai, and Chamnan, the warm and quick-smart service team that assisted us with our late check-out requests. Thank you also to the reception pair lady and gentleman (working at 3-plus PM on 22 July) to expedite our late check-out. Our only regret was that we forgot to add a big tip to thank everyone, after realising that the final billdid not include a service tax. So we believe that our review here will be echoed by other guests of this highly recommended hotel.
