The hotel is much like staying in a mansion in a quiet area. Beautiful decor and outstanding staff. The made to order food was very good as well. Highly recommend for people who want quiet setting outside the downtown area. Kim the manager was such a delight to talk to. I wish her the very best.

トイレとシャワーが一体型になっており、シャワーを浴びるとトイレがずぶ濡れになる。スリッパをお願いしたら、使い古したビニールサンダルを持ってきた。部屋の引き出しはゴミで満杯。四階に案内されたがエレベーターが無く息が切れる。立地も最悪で周りに食事をする場所も無い。夜には飛行機が飛んでうるさい。兎に角、今まで宿泊した中でも最低レベル。

A beautiful building full of character. Very comfortable bed, little else. Close to the airport, therefore, far from everything of interest. Food was average. There is no spa or pool, despite the suggestion - massage can be arranged but in your room. All the staff were very pleasant.

I had the pleisure to stay at this welcoming hotel for about a week. A very courteous staff made me feel like home while I was at Mane La Résidence. The team always gave great suggestions for restaurants, events or places worth to see without being intrusive in any kind of way. Furthermore, all my requests were answered and solved instantly. The beautiful rooms are eye catching, tastefully decorated and always very clean and comfortable. Next time I visit Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay here again.

The staff made the stay

The staff made the difference in us having a delightful experience. They always greeted us with a smile no matter the time of day or circumstances. I would say I thought the fourth floor room was over priced.

驚いた。高級住宅街のおうちに招待されたような錯覚を起こした。 場所がわかりにくいのと高級住宅街だけあってちょっと遊びに。はない。 料理もおいしく。朝食は私のために一生懸命に作ってくれたという感じの出来立てを一つ一つ丁寧に何人かで運んでくれる。まるでメイドさんの様だった。 特にコーヒーは絶品！！ほかのどの高級ホテルでも朝食にこのコーでない。少ない。空港まで送り迎えがうれしい。20分帆で朝のフライトは楽だ。絶対に次にもう一度体験したい。

Beautiful retreat — not too far from the airport

This is a great hotel — beautifully furnished, wonderful food, a friendly and attentive staff. I believe they have seven total rooms and if I ever come with my family, we will try to rent the whole hotel.

I have stayed here two times on late night arrivals in Phnom Penh. They always pick you up at the airport, which is great after a long full day of traveling. The hotel is a lovely small boutique hotel in a gated residential neighborhood near the airport. The decor is is beautiful with dark woods and a French Indochina feel. The staff are wonderful, and the service standard very high - it feels like they are there only for you (it is a small hotel after all). The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Both the classic room and business class room are very nice, with individual A/C units (important in Cambodia). It is a very relaxing and quiet place to stay and I won't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful Opulence.

We only stayed the one night and arrived later than expected due to late arrival at airport only to find the staff waiting for us. We were treated with the very best service and nothing was a problem. We loved the decor and furnishings, along with the piece and quiet you would expect. I would stay again anytime. We were treated like royalty which made the stay more memorable.

Peaceful, home-like hotel

Mane La Residence feels like the home of a rich relative. Nicely appointed, but without all the bustle and noise of a typical hotel. The staff are friendly, articulate, and discrete. Close to the airport and 20 mins in traffic to the main tourist area of Riverside.

Business trip visited Phnom Penh many times but this was my first time stayed in Mane La Residence. The room is very comfort and clean. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They helped me booked the car in the morning for my business meeting. I have breakfast and dinner in the hotel, the food are very good too. Highly recommended family/business stay in this hotel. I definitely will book this hotel again if I ever visit Phnom Penh again.

OverprIced boutique hotel, nice interior, amateur.

Good boutique hotel design. Drinks and snacks were outrageously priced. 15 dollars for a 1/3 bottle of wine, type you would get on an aircraft. Lots of kowtowing at the door but little practical help. Polite staff, certainly but not very helpful with local knowledge. The bed in my room broke, leg snapped off. The shower door was stuck on the floor, badly installed. A guest arrived to meet me for breakfast, I overslept and nobody came to wake me up which I would naturally want rather than keeping the guest waiting for 30 mins

まさにThe Residence

ホテルは閑静な住宅街にあり、一見するとホテルではないのではと思う。従業員の方に話を聞けば、やはり個人の邸宅をホテルに改装したそうである。従業員の方は愛想が良く、一生懸命な所が良い。部屋や一階の食堂等にアンティークな調度品が置いてあり、雰囲気がある。小生、朝の9時半にホテルに到着したが、すぐに部屋に案内して貰えた。これは偶々という理解をして貰った方が良いようで、いつもそうなるとは保証の限りではない。 気になったのは玄関で靴を脱ぐこと。エレベーターがない事。困る人が相当いるのではと思う。 このホテルを友人に勧めますか？という欄があるが、「はい」、「いいえ」、の他に「どちらとも言えない」というのが無いのかといつも思う。何故なら、便利さを求める人にはこのホテルは勧めないし、雰囲気を味わいたい人には勧める、という事になる。
