The reduced price was good but i would have left early if it was full price the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However the hotel are advertising things that they do not have . No gym , no laundry service, no restaraunt, breakfast was terrible (cold rice or noodles and some bread for toast but the jam ran out on the second day and wasn't replaced) , the pool they advertise is about 6 feet long and 3 feet deep ( a kids paddling pool ), no business center. Hotel is in a state of disrepair ,with vwrious things broken or not working properly.

Was kind of dissapointed with this hotel. The reviews had made me expect sthg better. The place is not bad, but I am sure you can get a nicer hotel in PP for the same money, in a better location. Small room, very basic decoration (a bit run down) and very limited breakfast included in the price. Takes a 20 minute tuktuk ride to get to the Center. Would have much rather preferred to stay around Bassan Lane for example.

Paid extra when arrived!!!

Arrived at the hotel to be told that hotels.com are advertising their room rates too low. We ended up having to pay extra and hotels.com have not been helpful in the situation at all!! We paid extra but for the “inconvenience” we got ‘upgraded’..... Breakfast was basic; toast, egg, rice or noodles. (Not for the westerners) The pool is approx 1m deep and small with only 4 sun beds. Location is ok Positive - there was always a tuk tuk outside the hotel, staff were friendly and apologetic.

Great place near Russian market.

Quite nice and clean . Staff was terrific. Not a lot offered for breakfast but it was tasty. Many English channels on tv. Some street noise as everywhere in Phnom Pehn. I used ear plugs and had no problems . It was definitely worth the money and I would absolutely stay there again .

Decent hotel

The staff was friendly and welcoming. This hotel is situated far from the main attractions but close to the Russian market. You have no choice but take a tuk tuk. Our room was incredibly small, no hand or face towels and when we showered, the entire bathroom floor was wet. The bed sheets were itchy and housekeeping did not leave us enough toilet paper so we constantly had to call them. The breakfast was great and large variety!

Okay hotel

The hotel was fine, polite friendly staff. Just a few petty complains, there were two set of spider webs in the room, one actually had a spider in it! The bed sheet was bubbly and didn't feel great to sleep on with bare skin. The breakfast options were a good few but when requesting my choice they didn't have several options. The toast I had instead with jam wasn't great either.

Nettes Hotel außerhalb der Stadt

Ein gutes Hotel,leider bisschen außerhalb der Stadt. Eine Fahrt in die Stadt mit dem Tuk Tuk kostet 3-4 $ und dauert ca. 10 Minuten. Russian Market in der Nähe.

Great place to stay

The room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and very friendly. It is a little way from the centre of the city but it is within walking distance to the Russian Market and some good local restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

Hôtel bon rapport qualité prix avec piscine 3 par 4m sur le toit très bien pour les enfants.la chambre familiale était grande avec 2 big bed donc nickel pour 4 personnes. Un peu excentré du centre quand même (obligé de prendre un tuk tuk pour aller au centre ville soit 3$ minimum par trajet)! Staff très gentil,hôtel propre bref je le recommande !

Nice hotel - little to do around

Hotel was fine and staff very helpful. It's good if you want to visit the Russian market, but for me too far from most things with little to do around and about - a few small coffee shops and restaurants. i wanted to get a motorbike taxi in the morning but there were none around - only tuk tuks.

An Oasis of Calm .

I really enjoyed my time there . I left this hotel to stay in a more central hotel but after a noisy and sleepless mosquito bitten night I happily returned to The Midtown. The going rate for a tuk tuk to the city centre is $4 , a small price to pay for peace , quiet , and safety. Strong Wi Fi throughout. The hotel's biggest asset is definitely it's staff . The staff are superb ! Friendly, helpful , hard working group and with a real genuine smile. I looked forward to my breakfast each day not for the great buffet but for the smiling staff who greeted me there , they were fantastic . Nothing was too much trouble for them . The girls on the reception desk were equally super helpful ,friendly , and efficient, they arranged taxis to and from the airport for $12 . I stayed on a high floor to the back of the hotel , which was nice and quiet . Phnom Pen is a noisy city. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for value , safety , and it's friendliness .

Very good stay

My overall experience was very good. The hotel is very clean, quiet and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was really good, whether it is for breakfast or dinner, I really enjoyed every single meal that I got.
