Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I booked 2 rooms, advertised differently and at different prices. they were identical in size and quality, as they were both filthy. my room had evidence of the previous guest, soap bottles were lying around, the ground was greasy and disgusting, the shower was filthy and full of hair
