Un jardin secret au milieu de la ville. Endroit simple et paradisiaque. Végétation luxuriante pour un repos parfait. Très agréable avec des enfants. Piscine pour les petits également. Beautiful tropical garden. An oasis to escape to away from the bustling City. Our room had a little courtyard at the front. Lovely breakfast served by the pool and with extremely friendly staff. The Kabiki (and its sister Maads property, the Pavilion) have become my go-to hotels for when I'm in Phnom Penh for work. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable; the breakfast is fantastic; it's conveniently located near Independence Monument and many good restaurants. The pool is lovely, and I had it to myself for an hour or so this past weekend during the off-season. It really is an oasis in the middle of urban Phnom Penh.

Great place in Central Phnom Penh

Great trip to Kabiki hôtel. I just stayed for one night but could have stayed for longer in this hotel with beautiful little garden and great service. I slept really well, bed was very comfy and the breakfast was good.

Dirty floors (pubic hair on bathroom floor), old towels, dark room, old linens, weird security guard at the front that wasn’t explained. You will have dropped off a block away because cars can’t come to the front of the hotel. Menu at the restaurant was limited. Grounds are nice with trees.

Staff were great and only 5 minutes by tuk-tuk to town centre. Pool amazing. Room clean and bed very comfortable for me. Standard room not very functional, no circulation space and poor layout of worktops and power points. Poor lighting, needs an upgrade to modern.
