"Accommodation was nice, clean and as described. Whilst the property is starting to show its age, for the price paid it presented good value for money. Just over 1km from Koa Lu Old town, it is practical and a good base to explore the Jinh Binh region. We preferred staying here rather than the super touristy Tam Coc"

"I booked a Studio King Lake View Room, and the room was much larger then I expected. Not much in the way of amenities but that's not an issue if you use it as a base to explore Ninh Binh. Just beware that if your are a light sleeper or like to turn in early that the noise from across the road along the walking street can get loud during the weekend evenings but it does get quiet after the stalls close up at 10 o'clock. But the upside to that is there is plenty food and drink right across the road from the hotel, with more on the otherside of the lake. "

"Very clean in all areas. Staff was eager to help with whatever was needed. Manager was available to assist his team at all times. We even saw him working the breakfast buffet! Nice to see him helping his team. I’m sure they appreciate that. All in all a great place to stay and we loved the room! Very modern. "

The location is also a big advantage, as it is conveniently close to many popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area without spending much time on transportation. What truly made the experience memorable was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a warm smile. "The hotel is a short walk from the main drag with lots more dining options and sights but despite this, it is a lovely hotel with kind and accommodating staff. Our room was crazy spacious and bright, and had a lovely private deck. The breakfast buffet was diverse and filling. The area was quiet and felt very safe."
