Beautiful home in 55+ (at least 1 guest) community in Sun City with palm trees, cactus and orange tree. Open floor plan. Tile floors throughout, carpet in master bedroom. Dogs and cats allowed. 2 pets max.

Enjoy billiards and air hockey on the patio or relaxing in the pool. Washer/dryer, double oven, built in microwave, 2 coffee makers, toaster oven, ice maker. Bidets in each bathroom. Master bath has walk-in shower. Guest bath has shower/tub combo.
