Enjoy the convenience of in unit washer & dryer, forced Air Heat & AC and Wi-Fi during your stay. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Close to golf, spring league baseball, hiking in the foothills of the Pheonix Valley as well a road riding or just using the Rec facilities available,

A very comfortable stay.

This Sun City home was quiet and comfortable. Furnishings were new and supplies well stocked. Took a risk renting a brand new vrbo and so happy we did!

One of the best houses ever!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO houses but this was the best appointed house I've ever enjoyed. From the kitchenwares, to the linens, the paper goods, and shampoos were all top-notch! The house is well laid out and easily slept four women. The view of the golf course made morning coffee a delight. Both showers were so nicely done. Great water pressure and nice bathroom fixtures and linens. The heating system was a dream to control and set. This is a first class rental and we will try to snag it again!
